No two jobs are the same and we know it. PCM can prefabricate all of the pieces that you need for the installation of our solar racks. Each length of railing will be prefabricated in our 30,000 square foot facility. This will decrease installation time. You can take a virtual tour of our facility and see for yourself.

If you are not an installer and need us to design and install your solar kit, no problem. We are teamed up with Solar Source, a local solar kit installer.
We have a quick turn around time so you can count on us when delivery time is an issue.We also keep stock of commonly used products to get you the products that you need fast. If it would benefit your project, we can set up just in time shipping for any job.

SOLAR CLIPS

Two sizes of end clips accommodate various solar panel thicknesses. Both end clips  are adjustable to maximize the holding strength of the solar panel to the rail.

RAIL SPLICES

The rail splices shown above offer a simple solution to connecting rails. The splices simply slide into place and are quickly fastened using the four bolts which are provided. This allows for a more efficient installation process.

We provide a 2.5", 3", and 7" L shaped clamp. Each of them are designed with slots to provide a wide adjustment range allowing our solar mounting systems to be customizable reducing the need for custom components.
RAILING

PCM's solar  railing is made of extruded 6061 aluminum. It is designed for maximum strength while also simplifying the installation process. The standard lengths are 12', 17', and 20'.
We are capable of cutting to custom lengths, and we can provide rails up to 30' in length.
STANDOFFS
